I am excited to share my experience in a project as momentous as the First International Summit for the Development of Human Rights, an event that brought together more than 45 prominent speakers, including the renowned Malala Yousafzai, winner of the Nobel Peace Prize in 2014.
My Contribution:
In this project, I played the role of creative director in collaboration with Santos Martínez, a talented designer with experience in institutional events. Our mission ranged from the proposal of the visual identity of the event to the comprehensive organization and execution of each creative and logistical aspect.
Image Identity:
We developed a unique visual identity that captured the essence and importance of the event, conveying its message in an impactful and memorable way.
Set design: We designed a set that provided an inspiring and suitable environment for speeches and panel discussions.
Photography Editing: We worked on photography editing to ensure that each image captured the emotion and importance of the moment.
Animation: We create captivating animations to introduce each segment of the event and keep the audience's attention.
Web Design: We developed an intuitive and attractive website that provided detailed information about the event and made it easy for attendees to participate.
Organization and Floor Management: I actively participated in the organization of the event, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from planning to execution. Additionally, I served as floor manager during the event, coordinating activities in real time to ensure a smooth and successful experience for everyone involved.
Learned lessons:
This project taught me the importance of collaboration, creativity, and dedication in delivering large-scale events with a meaningful purpose. I learned that effective design and organization can make a difference in the way an event is perceived and remembered, and I am proud to have contributed to the realization of such an important event for the promotion of human rights internationally.
